45 minutes of spin class I burned 439 calories, id say that is pretty good, I could have pushed it up to 500 and I will do that next time!
So this week I have to burn 3281 calories - 535 (tuesday) - 439 (wednesday) rest of the week I have 2317 left to burn in the gym!
I am sticking to the food calorie intake everyday, so I am on the right track! :)
Today is a rest day so I might just go home and clean up in the apartment, do a wash and make some healthy food!
