2317

2317 is the calories I still have to burn this week! So tonight I am hitting the gym, I want a big burn session, 2317/3= 772 and that is already a big deal for 1 work out session and I want to reduce me calories for the weekend! So I am setting a goal for at least 1000! puh, heading over soon but before I am making myself a protein shake and make some notes on my phone of what I am going to do in the gym so I don't get lost, its then when I just feel like giving up! But got some new music to my playlists so that always makes me happier!
