Training for a race!

We are 3 lovely ladies in my office, not only are we colleagues but we are also good friends and we have decided to get more fit and healthy. So this summer we are going to be partaking in the Race For Life in London which is a charity race to raise money for Breast Cancer. So we are creating a little company team and we are going to raise money this summer. So yesterday at the gym I decided to see what my time for a 10k is. Not as impressive as 2 years ago by a mile but at least I finished. I burned over 800 calories so that was good. Felt amazing and after I was done I went home and made a large tuna casserole for the weeks lunches and fell into bed. Completely exhausted!
