Dinner for One :)

Back in my humble abode! Day 1 one of the new years resolution so I decided to make a light meal with what I had left in the fridge that was still edible!

1 fillet of Salmon (250 calories)
2 tbsp or red pesto on top (40 calories)
some crushed black pepper and sea salt and chives

On the side I sliced 1 tomato (26 calories) and a quarter of a small cucumber (8 calories), I drizzled some olive oil (around 20 calories) and had some crushed black pepper on top! Perfect and light meal to start the new year with.

Total for meal: 344 calories
